wanted pho late at night and had to come try based on other reviews. bring cash or be prepared to pay via zelle, no credit/debit cards. the portions are big, and I liked that the pho had a lot of meat in it - alot of places give you just a few pieces, but that wasn't the case here. you can build your own pho and pick the meats which I liked. I also got the spring rolls which were very good, the peanut sauce was super flavorful and I liked the chunks of peanuts in it. a little crowded inside, not a whole bunch of space between tables. parking lot is also very small but that's no fault of the restaurant. seemed like a nice family joint hole in the wall. overall very good and I would come back.

One of the best pho in town! I went here for a midnight snack run and the restaurant is still packed! I love that I can customize my meat selection and they are very generous with the meat portions. I like that the noodles and meat are not entirely overcooked. The broth is really tasty and I'm definitely coming back 💯 Btw, they accept either cash or Zelle at checkout. Check them out, y'all! 😄

Came at 11pm with my husband everything was great! Food was so delicious 🤗 Can’t wait to come back. Portions are great also! 😋

Good place for pho late nights. This was our third option on a Saturday midnight coming back from the airport. Chinatown was literally packed everything, including this place. The wait wasn’t too bad. The only complaint I would have is the cleanliness, but this is Bellaire. Tables were not cleaned properly and the pho bowl looked dirty from the outside still. The broth had good flavor, and meat was good, I ordered the pho dac biet smallest size and it got me full. $60 for 4 people is very affordable. I’d come back despite them not focused on sanitation.

Pho Ve Dem is a 5 star gem! Their iced tea is spot on refreshing, the broth boasts deep rich flavors, and the Vietnamese eggrolls are superbly crispy and delicious. Note: it’s cash only, so come prepared!
